Oh by the way, can't reply to anyone who has pm'd me, (like you) I can't send messages for some reason.

I have looked into this and there appears to be no problem with your settings or anything on the board that would prevent you from doing so.

As you will have noticed, the board is new, perhaps you are missing the reply link?

Is anyone else having this same problem?

still can't get it to work, still getting the same message when I hit send. If you like, give it a try from my message site and see if it works for you from my site.

If it does then I am doing something wrong and have to go back to school

What is the message? Can you cut and paste here? Or post a screen shot?

That is the problem. Check your recipient box and make sure there isn't more than one listed.

But as you can see, I only addressed the message to you, is there another recipient list somewhere's in the message?

Duncan...you may have to delete some PMs from your inbox. The new forums don't allow for as many PMs to be stored. You can only have up to 50 PMs at any time. Also check your sent and outboxs for the same problem.

Cheers

Troy may have a point there. Check your all your boxes (In, Out, Save, Sent) and empty out everything you don't need. It may not be sending because you are over full. I will do the same.

Well, I did not have that many messages in any of the folders, I have deleted all of them save 1 or two.

The message part is still not working and I give up on it. I'll just enjoy the forums, that thing is frustrating!

Problem resolved.

All forum users: Please ensure that the Send To/Username/find a user box is empty when sending pms or the system will refuse to send giving you the error message: You tried to send a private message to too many recipients.; instead.
