  • 1st - Canada Day Flag Run @ D2. Public Event ! - All Jeeps & Jeepers welcome. Fly the Flag on your Jeep and join us for an afternoon of trails. Newbie and Stock friendly. At Least one recovery point required.

  • 19th - Jeep Day @ Brandon. Public Event ! - All Jeeps & Jeepers welcome. Join us for an afternoon to celebrate Jeep's 68th Birthday. Bring out yours to show it off and talk Jeep with fellow Jeepers. Picnic in the park style. A family Day for Jeeps and Jeepers. Location TBA.

  • 6th - 4th Annual 4WD Christmas Convoy @ Brandon. Public Event ! All Jeeps & 4WD's welcome. Join us in a Toy Run across Brandon to support the Traditional Christmas Dinner. Bring some New Unwrapped Toys for girls and boys aged 0-12 and decorate your 4x4 to be part of this Community Support event. Help us make a child's Christmas Brighter.

Though trail driving and exploration is our main focus, it is not a requirement. The beauty and appreciation of early Jeeps, show Jeeps, military Jeeps, and unusual Jeeps is just as important. Contact your local WJA representative for more information or to arrange a meeting to discuss Membership. Alternatively, join us at one of our weekly Meet n'Greets found here by District.

 

Ongoing Public Activities

  • District 2                                 Bi-Weekly Brandon Meet n'Greets @ A&W Restaurant 1st & 3rd Wednesdays 7pm. 18th and Queen in South Brandon.
  • District 4                        Weekly Portage La Prairie Meet n'Greets @ Tim Horton's Downtown Thursdays 7pm.
  • District 1                       Monthly Turtle Mountain Area Meet n'Greets @ Red Coat Inn Restaurant, Boissevain - 1st Saturday @ 7PM each month.

 

 

Things to Remember

Always:

  • Tread Lightly
  • Respect private land, gates, fences, and obvious access blockages,
  • Pack out what you pack in,
  • Pull out of the way of those driving uphill,
  • Use a tree saver strap,
  • Avoid waterways wherever possible,
  • Carry a full sized spare,
  • Have emergency equipment, and first aid supplies,
  • Use the buddy system,
  • Have a supply of food and water,
  • Have communications gear,
